This Privacy Policy describes how MapsUnited Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. ("MAPS Tech & AI", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our products and services, including QuickCL (accessible at quickcl.mapsai.in) and the MAPS Tech & AI website (mapsai.in).

Information We Collect: When you register for QuickCL, we collect your full name, firm name, email address, mobile number, and optionally your CHA license number, GSTIN, city, and port. We use Supabase for authentication and data storage.

Document Processing & Zero Retention Policy: When you upload a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, or Bill of Lading for extraction, the document is processed in memory by our AI engine (Google Gemini). We do not store, retain, or archive any uploaded documents. Original files are deleted immediately after extraction is complete. We are not a data business.

How We Use Your Information: Your registration data is used solely to provide the QuickCL service, manage your subscription, track extraction usage, and communicate important service updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payment Information: Payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your credit card, debit card, or UPI details on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by Razorpay under their own security and privacy policies.

Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, Row Level Security on all database tables, rate limiting, and secure authentication via Supabase Auth with email OTP verification.

Data Hosting: Your profile data is stored on Supabase (cloud-hosted PostgreSQL). Our backend runs on Render (cloud hosting). Both services maintain enterprise-grade security standards.

Your Rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@mapsai.in. Account deletion requests will be processed within 7 business days.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QuickCL and other products offered by MapsUnited Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. ("MAPS Tech & AI", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description: QuickCL is an AI-powered customs document extraction tool that converts Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Bills of Lading into pre-filled checklist data for Bill of Entry (import) and Shipping Bill (export) customs filing. The service extracts data using Google Gemini AI and matches HS codes against the official ITC-HS tariff database.

Account Registration: You must provide accurate information during registration, including your full name, firm name, email, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Free Trial: New users receive 50 free extractions. No credit card is required for the free trial. After the free trial is exhausted, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.

Paid Subscription: The Starter plan costs ₹4,000 per month and includes 120 extractions. Additional extractions beyond the monthly limit are charged at ₹40 per extraction. Subscription is billed monthly through Razorpay.

Accuracy Disclaimer: QuickCL uses AI-powered extraction and provides confidence scoring (Green/Yellow/Red) on each field. While we strive for high accuracy, all extracted data should be reviewed by qualified personnel before submission to ICEGATE or any customs authority. We are not liable for errors arising from unreviewed AI-extracted data.

HS Code Matching: HS codes are matched against the official ITC-HS tariff database. The AI does not invent or fabricate HS codes. Fields where no confident match is found are flagged with a Red confidence indicator for manual review.

Intellectual Property: All documents uploaded by users remain the intellectual property of the user. We claim no ownership over your uploaded files or extracted data. Our software, branding, and technology are the intellectual property of MapsUnited Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.

Limitation of Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the service. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gandhidham, Gujarat.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions of QuickCL and other products offered by MapsUnited Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. ("MAPS Tech & AI").

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@mapsai.in or calling +91 8160024858. Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier (no further extractions unless you re-subscribe).

Refund Eligibility: If you request cancellation within 7 days of your first paid subscription and have used fewer than 10 extractions during the billing period, you are eligible for a full refund. Refund requests after 7 days or after using more than 10 extractions will not be processed.

How to Request a Refund: Email info@mapsai.in with the subject line "Refund Request" along with your registered email address, firm name, and reason for cancellation. We will process eligible refund requests within 7–10 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the subscription (bank account, UPI, or card via Razorpay).

Non-Refundable: The free trial (50 extractions) is complimentary and non-refundable. Extra extraction charges (₹40/extraction beyond the monthly limit) are non-refundable once the extraction has been processed.

Service Disruption: In the event of prolonged service disruption (more than 48 consecutive hours) caused by our systems, we will extend your billing cycle by the number of disrupted days at no additional charge.
